What is Organized Neatly Box?
Organized Neatly Box is a seasonal subscription featuring 6-8 full-size high-quality and functional organizers and home decors. Each item is carefully handpicked to help you create a beautifully organized home season.
What will be in the box?
Every season you will receive 6-8 full-size high-quality and functional organizers and home decors. Each box includes a ‘"booklet" with placement ideas and inspiration on how to use each item.
Can I choose what to include in my box?
Every season the items that are included in the box are carefully handpicked ahead of time. SORRY- but at this time, you cannot choose what will be in your box. Rest assured we will find and send you only high-quality and functional items.
What if I do not like the items in the box, can I return it?
At this time, replacements are not being offered unless the item arrives damaged. Have you consider giving it to a friend as a gift?
When will I be billed and when will my box ships?
SEASON BILLING DATE: February 20th; May 20th; August 20th; November 20th
Immediately after your initial purchase, you will be billed $89.99 for your first box. All quarterly subscriptions fall into the scheduled billing and shipping cycle. Your credit card will be charged on the 20th of the month prior to the next seasonal ship date after you receive your initial box.
What should I do if the items arrive damaged?
Send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item/s and we will send out a replacement to you.
Can I skip a box?
For quarterly subscription yes, you can skip the next seasonal box for as long as your skip request is received by the 10th of the month prior to the next seasonal ship date. This would ensure that we do not ship your next box. For example, if your next box will be shipped on June 18th, your skip request must be received by May 10th.
Can I cancel my subscription?
YES. You can cancel your quarterly subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be received by the 10th of the month before the next seasonal ship date to avoid receiving the box.
Cancellation requests after the 10th will take effect for the following seasonal ship date.
Can I give this as a gift?
YES. Simply click on the ‘Give A Gift’ button. Your subscription will automatically be added to your cart and is waiting for you when you are ready to checkout. Be sure to leave a gift message, enter your billing address and the recipient shipping address.
